We are a team of researchers, engineers and designers who created Evapolar and challenged AC industry by raising the question: Is it really necessary to cool the whole room, wasting large amounts of energy and money and inhaling unhealthy air just to cool yourself, or is it better to have your own personal cool zone exactly where you need it? Our first big step was a successful 2015 Indiegogo campaign, which received support from 6,000 early adopters and helped us raise more than $1M. Today, individuals from 92 countries have their own Evapolar Air Coolers. We are moving forward to spread the idea of a Personal Coolness around the world and to make everyone’s life a little easier and cooler with the help of Evapolar.

Now we are looking for enthusiastic SMM Manager, who will join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media accounts and day-to-day activities including: developing and realization of content plan, creating (or managing creation of) content: images, video, illustrations

  • Monitor, listen and respond to users

  • Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions

  • Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns

  • Create and manage an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care.

  • Analyze key metrics

  • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

  • Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews.

Requirements:

  • Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.

  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media. (please give links to profiles as examples).

  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.

  • Analytical skills

  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.

  • Maintains excellent writing and language skills (english is the must, other languages is a plus).

  • Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
